Here's a short piece the staff produced in support of our Herff Jones yearbook representative, Mr. Bob Wood.

Baby/Senior Ads -- FINAL WEEK!

Senior Parents -- Baby/Senior Ads are due in to the WHS Main Office no later than Friday, December 10th.

Complete the Contract, specifying the size ad you wish created for your student. Use the Planning Worksheet to sketch a design, write your message, and/or provide our student designers the information they'll need to complete the ad.

Ad sizes run from 1/8th, 1/4th, 1/2, and Full; we also provide 1/15th. The size you choose will dictate how many images and what length message can be included. A good starting point is 1/4th -- you can easily include 2-3 images and a moderate-length message to your student. See the ad contract for more information.

Return the following materials in a sealed envelope to West High's Main Office by Friday, Dec. 10th at 3:00pm:

1. A completed Senior Ad Contract
2. The Planning Worksheet
3. A check or money order made out to "West High Yearbook"
4. Baby (or more recent) pictures* with your student's name written on the back. DO NOT CUT PICTURES - we will scan them and preserve them intact.

*Note: If you have more recent pictures in digital .JPG format, please email them to business@whsyearbook.org - do NOT print them on a home printer.

2011 Yearbook Staff Application!!

NOTE: Applications are due in by 3:00pm Friday, April 9th, 2010. No late applications will be accepted.

The West High Yearbook Staff application for 2011 is available online now! The application will take about 20 minutes to complete; click on the link below to access the application.

ALL applicants must submit a writing sample as outlined on the final page of the survey. Additionally, candidates interested in the Photography staff must submit 6-12 prints or digital images (on CD) of their best work.
